Our Pollution Recovery Fund provides grant money for projects to restore polluted areas, mitigate the effects of pollution, and to otherwise enhance pollution control activities within Hillsborough County.

PRF has provided nearly $9,000,000 for environmental projects in Hillsborough County since 1987.

PRF is funded solely by administrative penalties obtained through enforcement for the necessary correction of pollution.
