Notice of a Regular EPC Meeting

The EPC Commission meeting scheduled for December 18, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., is cancelled. The next regular meeting of the EPC Commission is February 19, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

EPC Commission Meetings

The EPC Commission meetings are held regularly throughout the year. See currently scheduled meetings. Any meeting cancellations or changes will be posted to the website.

Meeting Time, Format and Location

The Commission meets in person in the BOCC Boardroom at the address below. Public speakers may sign-up to speak at the meeting in-person or virtually (see below for details). You can also view it on-line, see details below.

Speak at a Hybrid EPC Meeting

Meetings are currently held virtually and in person. To sign up to speak during the public portion of the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) meeting, please fill out the EPC Public Comment Signup Form. The signup form opens 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting and closes 30 minutes prior, unless otherwise noted. On the form you will select whether comments will be provided virtually or in-person at the meeting. Additionally, on the day of the meeting an on-site kiosk will be available for speakers to sign-up until the start of the meeting.

Provision to submit written comments is provided below.

Public Comment Information

The EPC Chair will call on speakers by name.
Up to three minutes are allowed for each speaker, unless otherwise directed by the Chair,
Prioritization is on a first-come-first-served basis.
Speakers that have audiovisual presentation materials to share must submit their presentations at least 48 hours prior to the start of the EPC Commission Meeting (send submissions to: HTVRequest@hillsboroughcounty.org) for review and approval.
