Pollution Recovery Fund (PRF) Grant
PRF Grant Overview:
The
Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County’s Pollution
Recovery Fund is governed by Chapter 1-9, Rules of the Environmental
Protection Commission for the purpose of funding restoration of polluted
areas, the mitigation of the effects of pollution and to otherwise enhance
pollution control activities within Hillsborough county.
It
 is the Commission's
intent that the monies be used so as to accomplish an improvement in the
purity of the waters, soils or air of the county consistent with public
health and enjoyment thereof, and the propagation and protection of wildlife, birds, game, fish and other aquatic life within Hillsborough
County.
