¨Fees for Ground Water discharging (delegated) facility is pursuant to Rule 62-4.050 (4) c), F.A.C. application processing fees are as follows

Facility, which falls in more than one of the fee categories in subparagraphs Rule 62-4.050(4)(c)1. through 8 ( the above groups 1 through 8).

a.       Shall not be subject to multiple fees, but shall pay the larger of the fees.
