Departments
The EPC’s Legal and Administrative Services Division provides support to the EPC’s four regulatory divisions. The Legal and Administrative Services Division has a Legal Department, a Finance and Administration Department, and a Management of Information Systems (MIS) Department.

Services
Legal Department (View Legal Department webpage)
The Legal Department provides the following services:
  • Assists the regulatory division with enforcement and permitting challenges
  • Handles agency-wide public records requests, and analyzes and comments on legislation and rulemaking.
  • Litigates
  • Responds to Commissioners’ legal questions
  • Reviews contracts, MOUs, and agreements

Finance & Administration Department
The Finance and Administration Department provides the following services: 
  • Coordinates the purchase of all goods and services
  • Handles personnel matters
  • Manages the agency’s fleet
  • Manages the EPC’s payroll
  • Prepares the EPC’s budget

Mike McKelvey is the manager of this department.

Management Information Systems (MIS) Department
The Management Information Systems (MIS) Department is responsible for the following:
  • Electronic communications including telephones systems and lines
  • Electronic information systems software and hardware
  • Internet access and usage
  • Intra-agency electronic networking and communications
  • Website and database development
