Overview
The Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County’s Pollution Recovery Fund is governed by Chapter 1-9, Rules of the Environmental Protection Commission for the funding or projects to restore polluted areas, mitigate the effects of pollution and to otherwise enhance pollution control activities within Hillsborough county.

It is the Commission's intent that the monies be used to fund projects that accomplish an improvement in the natural resources within the County. The project goals should be consistent with public health and enjoyment, and the promotion and protection of wildlife, birds, game, fish, and other aquatic life.

The application process is currently closed for PRF grants in 2013.
