Because the Environmental Protection Commission is under the umbrella of the "Sunshine Law," our Review files are available for public viewing. The purpose of public file review is to reveal the determinations made by a scientist regarding a subject property. These files are made available to anyone, and can be beneficial to a prospective buyer of a property, a consultant performing a site assessment, or any interested party. Files are only available on properties which have been reviewed by, or have projects which have been permitted by the Wetlands Division. Properties with no past Wetlands involvement will not have a file with our Division.

Wetlands staff would be provided to assist any interested party in interpreting the findings of the scientist, when necessary.
