De-minimus Activities
Some activities, if properly managed, are considered to be de-minimus with
respect to environmental impact. As such these activities are not regulated.
However, the Compliance Assurance Section does respond to citizen’s
complaints related to defined de-minimus activities. Below is a list of
activities and conditions that renders the activity de-minimus:
