Lobby hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Online, phone and email services are still operational. Staff is working remotely and will continue to perform application/document reviews, on-line meetings, field inspections and investigations.

Announces Temporary Service Changes
Hillsborough County, FL (March 20, 2020) – Executive Director Janet Dougherty, Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC), is announcing that normal operations at our office located at 3629 Queen Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619 have been suspended temporarily. EPC has placed a hold on all onsite meetings, including application and permitting reviews. The lobby remains open during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, services will be limited to document drop-off and deliveries due to the COVID-19 state of local emergency.
“We are still committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining our mission during these challenging times. I want to assure the citizens of Hillsborough County, as well as our stakeholders, that their safety is at the forefront of our decision to limit our in-person amenities,” said Janet Dougherty, Executive Director. “Staff is working remotely and will continue to provide services online through our website, by email and by phone.”
