EPC Participates in Sulphur Springs Revitalization Effort

EPC asbestos inspector Robert Delgado joined City of Tampa officials as Mayor Buckhorn operated the backhoe to demolish the 1st of 51 homes in an effort to revitalize the Sulphur Springs neighborhood. EPC assisted by expediting its review of the projects.

EPC Special Meeting

EPC will hold a Special Meeting on March 5, 2013, at 9:30am. EPC staff is requesting authorization to take legal action against a bar (Brass Mug) for emitting excessively loud noise that is impacting its residential neighbors.
