The
National Emission Standards for Hazardous
Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Asbestos 40 CFR, Part 61, Subpart M
regulation may apply to your planned
renovation or demolition activity if you are an owner or operator that plans to
renovate or demolish a commercial structure, more than one single family
residential home, or multi-residential structures with more than four dwelling
units.
Owners or contractors are required to submit a notification to the Administrator
for any regulated project at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled start
date. A revised notification form is required for changes to the original
notification form.

promulgated by the U.S. EPA - Enforced by the State of Florida Department of
Environmental Protection and by the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) of
Hillsborough County applies to regulated renovation and demolition projects.
